So this is a question for everyone, if you are charged with assault from a street fight. can the court charge you with assault with a deadly weapon if your trained in mcmap ???s?

I don't think so. I'm no lawyer, so take it for what it's worth.

Assault... yes. With a deadly weapon... I don't think so.

In my opinion police and courts do what they want to untill you push back with an expensive lawyer .It is a game like any other ... Grin Sad Grin
