You've got to admire Randy Couture for stepping up and fighting Lesnar. I don't think age had anything to do with the loss. He just got caught by a big shot. Hell, any shot from Lesnar is a BIG shot!  Smiley

Question... do you think Lesnar will have more trouble with someone like Nog?

Much more,  Couture / Lesnar was a little monster against a bigger monster, Think Joe Fraiser against George Forman, I think that there are at least 3 MMA fighters that can beat Lesner, Fedor, Nog, Burnett, And probibly a couple more I'm not aware of.

I agree, Bob. I think it will be the guys with good submission skills that will give Lesnar the hardest time. Of course, they have to get inside w/o taking one of those big shots. And they also have to take him down, which is not going to be an easy task!

Here's a post-fight interview with Couture where he talks about Fedor & Lesnar.

First:  I wish more MMA fighters were like Couture, Gentelmen and not jerks, Unforchetly Couture is a small heavyweight, The other men I mentioned are bigger and can stand up to Lesner, Just for info, My favorite Couture fight was his first fight against Vitor Belfort when Belfort was the hottest thing going, That was an upset

Nogueira could beat Lesnar. You can't finish Nog. Well, unless he has a staph infection. Mir's lucky ass. I think Lesnar would make the common mistake. Catch Nog and follow him to the ground and get subbed.
